Mid LevelCHADRICK Professional Services is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Procurement Operations / Coupa Systems Analyst to support Coupa system management and procurement operations. The role involves managing system activity, troubleshooting issues, maintaining reports, and engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth purchasing processes.

Responsibilities
Manage and monitor Coupa system activity, including requisitions, approvals, and PO transmission
Troubleshoot Coupa system issues and support users with questions, reporting, and delegations
Run and maintain procurement and contract-related reports (spend, categories, stakeholders, savings)
Prepare quarterly and year-end procurement updates
Maintain procurement processes, SOPs, and change management logs
Manage PO change requests and maintain SharePoint reporting
Train and onboard new Coupa users
Support RFx (RFP/RFQ/RFI) processes and assist with pricing negotiations
Manage contracts, license agreements, renewals, and vendor documentation
Partner closely with stakeholders, legal, sourcing, finance, and vendors
Support ad-hoc projects and supplier management initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
Experience with procurement operations, Coupa, or similar P2P systems
Knowledge of strategic sourcing and RFx processes
Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Microsoft Suite
