Senior Director, FP&A - AMC Segment
Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer, and they are seeking a Senior Director for their FP&A team within the AMC Segment. This role involves partnering with the Segment CFO and leadership to provide analyses and recommendations for strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and oversee a team of finance professionals.

Responsibilities
Support Segment CFO in their responsibilities and be capable of stepping in and backing them up in all aspects of their duties where required
Lead a direct/indirect team of finance professionals as well as provide strategic FP&A guidance and support across the Segment finance organization and operating teams
Conducts and presents more complex financial and business analyses and research in areas such as Business Growth, Operations performance, Production Footprint analysis, Capital investment and rate of return, Working Capital opportunities and Profitability improvement
Identify and engage in business process optimization opportunities ensuring data driven analysis and recommendation, be hands-on during implementation and ensure robust progress tracking
Research and leverage technological development in financial processes including analytical modeling, process automation and AI, and drive process optimization for financial processes across the Segment
Performs commercial analysis and research including market and competitor assessment for the preparation of long-range planning and annual operating plans
Critically review Divisional submissions of long range and annual operating plans for consistency with underlying business and industry trends and known events
Develop and review analyses and reporting for headquarter functions including, monthly financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and graphical summaries of financial performance
Provide key analyses and recommendations on strategic and other executive projects with ad-hoc reports that enable business assessments and support strategic decision making
Supports M&A related financial requirements by creating comprehensive ROI models
Drives consistency and continuous improvements in processes, and financial tools across the business including leadership for the OneStream and BI implementations
Coordinate monthly BU BUR meetings and segment POR deliverables to corporate along with participating in quarterly forecast and corporate commit meetings
Partners with Segment CFO and Segment leaders on the design and development of the framework that will guide effective operating reviews, annual operating plans, and long-range planning processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree and/or a CPA is strongly preferred
Minimum of 10 years of relevant and progressive accounting/finance experience that included global financial leadership and experience in a manufacturing environment required
Excellent communication skills; ability to quickly establish a personal brand within the organization to drive cross functional collaboration and influence resources outside one's direct responsibility
Ability to connect and drive high level strategic objectives for the business while at the same time able to dive into transactional detail if needed to resolve questions or issues
Ability to identify trends and themes for continuous improvement across the function and the business
Ability to overcome obstacles and achieve objectives, and where needed change operational tactics along the way to achieve business goals
Create a work environment with high standards of performance but where team members feel engaged and supported
Commitment to coaching and mentoring staff to enhance the proficiency, competencies and long-term development of the team
Motivated by and thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to assess and effectively rank priorities to allocate resources to the highest impact objectives
Proven ability to be hands on, roll up sleeves and demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, results-orientation. Has a mindset of continuous improvement and can embrace Regal Rexnord's 80/20 principles
Knowledge of ERP systems including Oracle ERP system, Hyperion and OneStream is a plus
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint required
