Financial Sales Representative
Taylored Lane is seeking a proactive Financial Sales Representative to help drive business growth by engaging with financial organizations. The role focuses on consultative sales, leading outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and identifying new opportunities that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach to financial advisors, RIAs, wealth managers, and business owners
Lead early-stage conversations to understand prospect needs, goals, and fit
Qualify leads and route strong opportunities to the sales team
Manage an active pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and organized tracking in CRM
Collaborate with lead generation and sales teams to optimize outreach and messaging
Consistently meet outreach, conversation, and qualification goals
Document all sales activity and prospect information accurately in CRM
Qualification
Required
3-7 years in financial services sales or B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting targets
Strong consultative sales experience, with the ability to lead professional conversations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Organized with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
Interest in financial services and business-owner dynamics
Must be willing and be eligible for licensing that may be required
Amenability to go through background checks
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance, preferred
