Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with operational needs, client service requirements, and financial targets
Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs/RFQs, vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, and onboarding
Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings while maintaining service quality and operational continuity
Partner with Operations and Workforce Management to support rapid scaling, ramp-ups, and new client launches
Oversee vendor performance management, including SLA tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, client contractual requirements, and applicable regulatory standards
Analyze spend data across locations and clients to identify cost optimization and standardization opportunities
Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
Mitigate supply chain and vendor-related risks that could impact service delivery
Lead and develop procurement team members, where applicable, to build capability and consistency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field
5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably within a BPO, shared services, or services-driven environment
Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts with operational and service-based vendors
Strong understanding of BPO operations, cost drivers, and service-level requirements
Advanced analytical skills with experience managing large, multi-location spend portfolios
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required)
