Responsibilities
Understand and communicate value prop of Marvell products for AI Data Centers
Communicate with customers to understand their architecture, roadmap, and priorities
Support Sales technical account management to execute best in class pre-sales/post-sales support
Drive/attend customer meetings
Provide meeting notes internally
Track deliverables and timelines
Report to Sales on priority items and escalations
Build key relationships
Partner with BU Architects, Marketing and Applications to drive program execution
Communicate to BU key customer updates and information
Leverage FAE team to offload/assist BU technical items
Communicate and drive priority issues
Build key relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Engineering
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
Technical understanding of one or more relevant rack level technologies
Optical transceivers (e.g., QSFP-DD, OSFP), retimers, and high-speed cable technologies (AECs, ACCs)
Scale-Up/Out/Across Networking including switch, rack, and network architecture
AI chip and server architecture including IP, chiplets, HBM and advanced packaging/manufacturing
Compute/Storage chip and server architecture including ARM/x86, DDR5, CXL, NVMe/SSD, PCIe, CXL, BMC, etc
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain trusted relationships with customers
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across engineering, sales, and product marketing teams
Preferred
Existing customer relationships at US Hyperscalers
