Fogelman Properties is a nationally recognized multifamily real estate company that invests in and manages apartment communities. They are seeking an experienced Make Ready Technician to maintain efficient operation of the property by preparing vacant units for new residents and performing janitorial and grounds duties.

Responsibilities

Clearing out and disposal of all items left behind after move out

Completes service on make-ready apartments according to the move out checklist

Performs new move in service requests per the move in checklist

Performs daily janitorial and groundskeeping tasks

Assists in taking inventory of supplies and furnishing supervisor with needed list

Assists with completing other service requests

Assists in preventive maintenance projects

Escalate unresolved service issues to the Service Director

May participate in "on call" rotation and respond to emergency calls as needed

Responsible for positive communications with residents, vendors, and co-workers

Weekend work may be required

Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing

Experience as a Make Ready Technician

Well-rounded with maintenance skills

Proficiency in janitorial, painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs

Proficiency in basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
