Payroll Manager
Greene Resources is seeking a Payroll Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves leading and overseeing payroll processing, managing payroll changes, and ensuring compliance across multi-state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee weekly payroll processing and final pay cycles
Manage payroll changes related to contracts, prevailing wages, and eligibility updates
Execute payroll corrections, off-cycle payments, and year-end processing
Oversee payroll onboarding, offboarding, and final pay administration
Ensure payroll compliance across multi-state jurisdictions and contracts
Execute payroll reporting, audits, and variance analysis
Supervise payroll staff and manage daily team operations
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of payroll management experience in a multi-state, high-volume environment, including people leadership
Strong knowledge of payroll tax, wage and hour, and compliance regulations
Experience managing payroll systems, reporting, and data audits
Ability to handle complex payroll scenarios, including commissions and bonuses
Proven analytical and organizational skills
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Clear and effective communication skills
