Responsibilities
Should have good data level domain knowledge in Investment Management with prior experience of working on Data management related projects in Investment Banking
Having deep understanding of various execution activities, research methodologies, modeling techniques & accounting principles for buy-side & sell-side M&A advisory process
Knowledge about different deal lifecycle workflow processes, internal stakeholders and mechanisms of external outreach across different phases of M&A
Know-how about significant portions of Confidential Information Memoranda, pitches, detailed reports and management presentations as well as oversee the development of such documents
Collaborate closely with various investment teams (Portfolio Managers, Traders, Analysts, Risk, Legal and Operations teams) to capture detailed understanding of business activities
Familiarity with of working with various market data vendor datasets from Bloomberg, S&P, Pitchbook, Refinitiv etc. to support analysis of sourced and acquired data for model operationalizations
Demonstrates proficiency in manipulating, analyzing & synthesizing large data sets in Excel (pivots, formulas, charts, etc.) or other analytical tools for conducting different forms of analysis
Partner with Technology, Platform, Operations & Compliance teams to develop strategic roadmap of change and provide suitable advice
Strong Analytical Skills & problem-solving skills Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Experience creating detailed reports and producing presentations
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Strong communication (written & verbal) with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels (technical and non-technical)
Qualification
Required
10-15 years of experience as Business Consultant in US/Global Markets
