Delaware Front Desk Receptionist
Capitol Services is a leading provider of services to legal and financial professionals nationwide, and they are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. The role involves managing a multiline switchboard, greeting clients, and assisting with various clerical tasks in their Dover, DE location.

Responsibilities
Coordinate deliveries to and from various couriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS
Deliver, file, and retrieve documents to and from various state agencies
Manage a computer-based multiline switchboard phone system
Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner and forward appropriately for assistance
Greet clients and visitors in a polite and pleasant manner
Receive legal service of process documents on clients’ behalf
Accurately open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
Assist in outgoing bulk-mail projects
Assist with tracking, maintaining, and distributing office supplies
Assist in tax and special audit projects
Perform additional clerical tasks as needed
Communicate courteously and professionally with clients, correspondents, and coworkers
Qualification
Required

Reliable: You are able to work 100% onsite during our regular business hours in our Dover office. You are a punctual individual and able to follow an assigned work schedule. You are able to maintain client confidentiality at all times
Technical competencies: You are comfortable using Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and navigating Capitol Services' Avaya VOIP phone system
Office environment: You are able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and work 100% in-office
