Responsibilities
Review the technology support backlog, triage requests, and respond to internal stakeholders
Perform data clean-up and data entry to ensure system integrity
Attend project scoping meetings to understand business requirements
Work on configuration projects in NetSuite and other systems
Develop the skills to successfully run a tech application support program and support functional configurations
Demonstrate your ability to autonomously complete technical tasks
Contribute to exciting projects, which could include developing an AI-assisted support bot, rebuilding a user experience for a core stakeholder, or creating daily tech stack summary automation reports
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field
Must be located in the Austin, TX area
Must be available to work up to 32 hours per week, Monday - Friday (between the hours of 8AM-5PM CST)
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation
Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
Preferred

You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
You are detail-oriented with a knack for creative problem-solving
You are proactive and eager to learn new technologies and systems
