Responsibilities
Counsels transferees on policy benefits
Facilitates the home purchase/home sale process
Participates in required training initiatives to learn systems and processes
Counsels and assist with transferee expense submission
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and timely
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years relocation industry and/or real estate industry experience
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent customer service and administrative skills
Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Can-do attitude
