Responsibilities

Support Strategic Change, Strategy & Transformation, and Finance teams to deliver strategic initiatives and facilitate change
Lead the change effort for the Finance Forward initiative
Implement strategic change initiatives from design through execution
Provide executive support in decision-making and change initiative execution
Interpret engagement analytics and KPIs
Facilitate change conversations with executives and employees
Build strong relationships across all levels
Strengthen WSP’s change infrastructure
Improve processes and coordinate organizational procedures

Required

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Strategic foresight and ability to provide tactical change recommendations
Ability to lead through influence

Strong understanding of Finance Operations
Strong organizational skills
Creative, future-focused problem-solving
Deep expertise in change management
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Storyboarding and strong PowerPoint capabilities
Exceptional listening skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Post-secondary education in Business, HR, or related field
7–10 years experience leading strategic initiatives and transformational change
National or global program management experience (ideal)

Bilingualism in French and English (asset)
