Responsibilities

Explore opportunities for new features and products by analyzing data and usage patterns, reviewing customer interactions and input, and collaborating with the marketing, sales, engineering, and customer support teams
Iterate on ideas with the product team. Explore solutions, create wireframes, and give feedback on designs. Advocate for our customers at every step
Write clear, detailed product specs that communicate what we will build, how we will build it, and - most importantly - why. Regularly review work in progress with engineers
Define success metrics. You will be responsible for measuring and reporting on the impact of what you ship

Required

5+ years of experience in a product role in PLG SaaS
Experience on a small team at an early stage company
Strong and demonstrable product sense and intuition
Technical or engineering background

Preferred

Knowledge of SQL is not required, but would be a plus
