Responsibilities

Responsible for driving planning, forecasting, results analysis, and financial analytics for multiple segments within US Commercial Banking, to support growth, profitability, and expense discipline
Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and key driver commentary
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, offering data-driven insights and guidance on financial matters
Prepare and present financial results, outlooks, and strategic insights to broader US Commercial Banking teams and senior executives
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that support the growth and profitability of the US Commercial Banking business
Provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
Ensure transparency and accountability around expense management, efficiency tracking, and productivity reporting
Drive standardization of FP&A processes, assumptions, and reporting across supported functions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the financial services industry
Proficient in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Microsoft Suite)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Strong understanding of banking financials, including revenue drivers, expense structures, and profitability metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
Demonstrated experience presenting to senior executives and large audiences
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and adapt to changing business needs
