Responsibilities

Review titles for negotiability, sign and reassign titles for sellers and buyers
Complete application for new title on behalf of clients as needed
Facilitate lien perfection on NextGear Capital financed collateral when required
Release a NextGear Capital lien on collateral that has been paid in full according to policy
Answer communications from clients on title questions
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Required

High School Diploma/GED
Generally, less than 2 years of experience
Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Effective communication skills and a strong customer service attitude are required
Sitting and standing for extended periods of time
Bending and light lifting 10 lbs or less required
Extensive detail handwritten and computer work

Preferred

Prior experience with vehicle titling is preferred but not required
Notary license is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service abilities
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using various computer functions and office equipment
Professional demeanor and the ability to handle various situations with a pleasant attitude
Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams

Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
