Creative Project Specialist
Head to Toe Brands is a beauty franchise portfolio created by The Riverside Company, seeking a Creative Project Specialist to join their brand marketing team. The role involves developing strategies and managing marketing projects, producing creative briefs, and collaborating with various departments to meet marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
Regularly write educational, promotional and culture-fueled blog posts, actualizing an SEO-driven keyword strategy
Regularly concept and produce Lash Lounge email newsletters that complement overall marketing strategy and monthly content themes
Work with digital advertising media partners, produce and/or optimize digital ads across a series of evergreen and promo-specific campaigns
Collaborate with the content manager and graphic designer to concept and execute seasonal, evergreen and promotional campaigns across all mediums
Produce educational and sales-driven web content as necessary, supplementary or guided by partner agencies
Create franchise development and internal communication pieces as needed
Owning small/medium-sized projects (e.g. product marketing rollout/launches)
Project-managing evergreen digital advertising refreshes
At times, performing project management function for content manager and VP of brand strategy & design within larger, cross-departmental projects. (e.g. service rollouts or limited-time promotions)
Audit and identify gaps in current tech stack and team communication to achieve advanced project management efficacy
Explore and introduce AI solutions to current workflow to improve collaborative experience
Present project management optimization solutions
Continually gather feedback from project stakeholders for ongoing optimization
Project performance as needed
Trends in industry that can be applied to strategy across mediums on a regular basis
Qualification
Required
3–5 years professional experience in a marketing job function; beauty and franchise experience desired
Email marketing experience and/or certifications desired
Bachelor's degree, ideally in marketing, communications, English, journalism, PR, business or a related field
Must live with driving distance of a Lash Lounge; proximity to a Frenchies or Bishops Cuts/Color a plus
Proficiency in the following technologies: Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Project management tools (e.g. Monday), Canva, WordPress (basic content-editing proficiency)
Self-starter—can take high-level project briefing and morph into tangible project documentation and timelines
Excellent communicator—both written and verbally, in real-time and asynchronous communication, with ability to adapt communication style to audience and setting
Strategy—starts with 'why,' proceeds to 'what if' and works through to the 'how to'
Project management—from conception to completion
Copywriting champion—a word wizard in their own right; proofing skills desired
Problem solving—solution-first mentality with independent ability to troubleshoot and solve
People-first positive attitude; mind for collaboration
Curiosity—thinks beyond the assignment into strategic roadmap to achieve business objectives
Experience with SEO and GEO a plus—commands an understanding of how digital properties can drive leads and revenue across the customer journey
Preferred
Familiarity with the following programs: Social-first video-editing software (e.g. CapCut Pro and/or Edits), Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Illustrator and Photoshop) a plus
