Responsibilities

Clear understanding of department functions
Projects are completed timely and accurately
Training curriculum is completed per assigned schedule
Projects are completed on time and within budget
Organizational, departmental and team goals are achieved through teamwork and collaboration
Professional development efforts lead to career enrichment
The credit union is in compliance with all requirements of BSA, OFAC, and the USA Patriot Act/Customer Identification Act (CIP)

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field
Requires the ability to follow up on problems presented to members and co-workers using a customer service approach including the use of investigative problem solving
Well-developed, professional communication skills, both written and oral
Detail-oriented and ability to focus and comprehend new concepts quickly
Professional well-developed interpersonal skills essential for interacting with credit union staff and members
Ability to learn and apply basic knowledge of laws and regulations related to lending
Intermediate mathematical skills required (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have or be able to attain a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number
