Own and manage the end-to-end Proof of Concept (POC) process to ensure successful technical validation
Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and build custom API integrations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role within the SaaS or DevOps space
Strong technical proficiency with the ability to build prototypes and hack with APIs and modern developer tools
Exceptional storyteller with the ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value
