Responsibilities
Proactively support the API CoE lead with planning, tracking, communications, governance, and daily program management activities
Coordinate across engineering, architecture, product, security, governance, and business teams to align on deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
Identify inefficiencies or friction points in operational workflows and implement process improvements to scale CoE operations
Facilitate task coordination across multiple teams, ensuring ownership is clear, blockers are removed, and risks are proactively escalated
Lead capacity planning by evaluating bandwidth, forecasting future needs, and identifying resource gaps to ensure delivery commitments are achievable
Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders, surfacing risks early and ensuring broad alignment
Track key milestones, KPIs, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and measurable outcomes
Maintain accurate program documentation including roadmaps, status reports, risks and issues logs, capacity plans, decision records, and cross-team agreements
Qualification
Required
Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. (No C2C, 1099, or sponsorship)
Strong experience in program or project management within enterprise technology environments
Proven ability to work across technical and business teams to align goals and ensure delivery
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with API lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus
