Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Product, Stakeholder, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and define hypotheses
Develop, implement and optimize dashboards/reports using BI tools(Tableau, PowerBI)
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and other deliverables
Mentor to early in career and junior engineers while fostering a culture of learning and collaboration
Work closely with Product Manager, Data Engineering, and data science team to develop integrated and advanced analytical solutions which power business decisions
Work with stakeholders across different time zones
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in a BI engineering role
Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Excel
Excellent executive communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Knowledge of Generative AI
Proficient in Python
Tableau Data Analyst Certification
