Responsibilities

Issue license plates, permits, registrations, certificates, etc
Receive, research and respond to incoming questions or complaints; provide information, explain policy and procedures, and/or facilitate a resolution
Process transactions at a Point of Sale system, give correct change and close cash drawer at end of shift
Assist the public and others to complete forms, applications and other paperwork
Examine documents to verify applicability, legibility, completeness, accuracy, and/or consistency of information from one document to another, etc

Required

You must be current on your state and federal tax filings and pass a FBI level criminal background check
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
Previous motor vehicle experience
Personal tax filings and vehicle registrations must be current and complete
A conditional offer of employment will be made pending a satisfactory completion of a FBI level background investigation
