Responsibilities
Handle auto accident cases through pre-litigation, litigation, and trial stages
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, depositions, and court hearings
Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and guidance
Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the State of Michigan
1–3 years of personal injury experience, preferably involving auto accident cases
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases with strong attention to detail
Client-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes
