Responsibilities
Partner with counterparts on the Health Insurer's team to create a differentiated member experience
Identify opportunities to drive member education and adoption of Amazon Pharmacy
Identify areas of friction in the Amazon Pharmacy payer experience and partner with internal stakeholders to fix
Drive RFP and contracting administration
Strong LP's include: Deep Dive, Customer Obsession (both partner and their members), Earn Trust, Deliver Results
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the health insurance plan's member pharmacy experience while also driving member adoption of Amazon Pharmacy
Qualification
Required
10+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
10+ years of professional or military experience
10+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry experience
10+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
7+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
Preferred
Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
