Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document data, analytics and reporting requirements
Help define, design and develop our key performance indicators (KPIs) and build dashboards and reporting that enable data-driven decision-making
Partner with DE to help build and validate our source of truth data models and enrich them with business logic
Uncover compelling insights to help guide decision making and present them regularly
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in an analyst role
Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with large datasets
Experience with BI tools (e.g. Omni, Looker, Tableau etc.)
Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and clarify requirements
Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
Exposure to dbt, Git, or basic data modeling concepts
Preferred
Prior experience in or knowledge of web3/crypto industry
Prior exposure to web3 analytics and data providers like Dune, Artemis, Nansen, etc
