Hands-on accounting/finance role assisting with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Month-End Close, Financial Analysis, etc
Heavy account reconciliations
Create and deliver financial reports to company leadership
Communicate in Spanish with overseas vendors, clients, partners
Assist Controller and VP of Finance with P&L Analysis
Assist in managing 3 to 4 direct reports within Accounting Dept
Qualification
Required
BA in Accounting required
5 to 10+ years accounting experience
3+ years of Logistics/Cargo industry (sea, land, or air) required
Advanced Excel experience (macros, pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) required
Ability to work 100% In-Office (North Miami, Miramar) 5 days/week
Well-versed in GAAP
Preferred
Masters Degree a plus
Bilingual Spanish preferred
