Dahl Consulting is partnering with a large Minnesota-based organization in the healthcare and health services industry to identify an Associate HR Project Manager. This role will support a focused Human Resources initiative by developing, standardizing, and publishing job descriptions across the organization.

Responsibilities
Researching and developing initial draft job descriptions by synthesizing existing and historical job descriptions, current job postings, and other role-related resources, using established templates and guidance
Collaborating with HR partners and leaders to confirm role details and refine job descriptions based on first-draft feedback
Managing the job description review and approval process, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and approvals
Providing clear and timely updates on project status, next steps, and outstanding actions to key stakeholders
Ensuring approved job descriptions are finalized, organized, and published in designated systems or repositories
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or a related role
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Clear written communication and follow-up skills
Project coordination and task management skills
Experience with process tracking and documentation
Ability to work with ambiguity and evolving requirements
Professional writing and editing skills
Strong stakeholder communication and follow-up abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Excel
Preferred
Experience supporting Human Resources projects or initiatives
Experience drafting, editing, or maintaining job descriptions or similar documentation
Experience coordinating reviews and approvals with multiple stakeholders
