Responsibilities
Administer Paylocity, including employee records, reporting, and system maintenance
Process bi-weekly payroll accurately; manage audits, corrections, and year-end activities
Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations
Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and interview processes
Support onboarding, offboarding, I-9 compliance, and employee records
Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and HR reporting
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, recruiting, and HR policies
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of HR Generalist experience
Hands-on experience with Paylocity and payroll processing
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting
Multi-state payroll experience
HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP)
