Responsibilities
Design, develop, deliver, and assess training and development programs related to scheduling and labor management software
Assess client training needs and facilitate trainings to ensure clients can effectively use workforce technology platforms
Provide ongoing client training and support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Prior experience in senior living operations, preferably in scheduling
Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards related to staffing and scheduling
Experience working with scheduling software or labor management systems is highly desirable
Proven success in a multi-client facing role
Preferred
Prior start-up experience preferred
