Service Sales Project Manager

Process Cooling Systems, Inc. is an innovative designer and fabricator of advanced industrial cooling systems, including HVAC systems, chillers, and cooling towers. They are seeking a Service Sales Project Manager to identify and develop service sales opportunities, conduct customer site visits, and oversee service installations and maintenance work.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and close service sales opportunities, including repairs, retrofits, system upgrades, and preventative maintenance agreements
Conduct customer site visits to assess systems, uncover needs, and recommend cost-effective, value-added service solutions
Prepare, present and negotiate service proposals and pricing, ensuring profitability and margin targets are met
Coordinate scheduling of service work with the Service Manager and Service Coordinator to ensure timely execution of sold projects
Oversee service installations, maintenance and repair work to ensure scope, schedule, quality and budget alignment
Manage chiller and pump rentals, including coordination, logistics and billing
Purchase service-related equipment and materials

Required

Bachelor's Degree in construction, engineering or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing or mechanical service and construction
HVAC and/or Process Water System experience required
Strong technical knowledge of process cooling water and air conditioning systems, including pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, dry air coolers, adiabatic coolers
Proven ability to generate service sales, grow accounts and meet or exceed revenue targets
Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CAD
Commutable within 1 hour's drive-time of our facility in Leominster, MA on a daily basis

Preferred

Experience or familiarity with plastic manufacturing processes and/or metal treatment processes highly desired
