Responsibilities
Ensure the overall sales goals of the community are met
Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, ensuring five-star customer service is always being displayed
Assists with maintaining a motivational atmosphere throughout the community
Assists in the creation of sales and marketing reports, as well as captivating newsletters and social media updates
Completes community tours in a manner that meets company expectations
Completes the daily marketing checklist
Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills
Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in related field
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent organization skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail
