Experience working on project teams through all phases of design and construction, producing clear, coordinated technical documents

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate key design challenges and technical solutions effectively to both internal teams and consultants

Ability to help navigate complex designs while balancing architectural intent, budget awareness, and technical feasibility

Experience with consultant coordination and construction administration; familiarity with contracts and project documentation

Experience assisting with budget development, cost tracking, and basic project financial coordination

Strong time management skills with experience in project scheduling and work planning

In-depth knowledge of building codes, permitting, and coordination with regulatory agencies

Professional communication and client-facing skills; able to represent the firm with clarity and professionalism

Broad project experience across residential, commercial, cultural, educational, and institutional sectors

Collaborative team member with the ability to support junior staff and work closely with senior leadership

Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
