The position involves working directly with students, managing instructors, and supporting daily center operations while offering a pathway towards leadership roles in education.

Responsibilities
Work directly with students in grades 1–12 using Mathnasium’s proven instructional methods
Learn and implement individualized learning plans tailored to each student
Support instructional quality by modeling best practices and ensuring consistency across sessions
Help create a positive, engaging, and structured learning environment
Track student progress and support academic goal-setting
Support, coach, and help manage instructors during instructional sessions
Assist with onboarding, training, and professional development of instructional staff
Model strong communication, professionalism, and leadership in an educational setting
Support daily center operations, including scheduling, staffing, and capacity management
Learn how the center operates as a business, including budgeting fundamentals, P&L awareness, and performance metrics
Collaborate with center leadership on improving instructional efficiency and operational effectiveness
Help maintain systems, processes, and standards that support both learning outcomes and business health
Communicate with parents regarding student progress, learning goals, and program updates
Help manage long-term family relationships, retention, and satisfaction
Serve as a trusted, professional point of contact for families
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (all majors welcome)
Interest in education, youth development, instructional leadership, and/or education-based business management
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Experience working with children or students (tutoring, teaching, coaching, camps, mentoring, classrooms, etc.)
Comfort with math through the high school level
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn and grow into leadership
Must pass a math literacy assessment, background check, and provide work authorization
