Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company's overall business goals and objectives
Create a comprehensive HR roadmap to support the company’s rapid growth and scalability
Design and oversee an effective recruitment process to attract top talent in the healthcare industry
Implement robust onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and effectively
Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
Develop and manage performance evaluation processes to ensure continuous feedback and professional growth
Implement training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and career progression
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and legal requirements
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the company remains competitive in its offerings
Champion the company’s mission, vision, and values to build a strong organizational culture
Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace

Required

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable
Proven track record of building HR functions from scratch in a rapidly growing environment
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically
