Responsibilities
Build and support of conversational AI voice and chat bots
Provide support to AI developers, AI Support/Project management and technical support to other internal teams
Assist with testing, configuration and documentation of technical solutions
Make recommendations for enhancements as needed to enhance customer experience
Maintain AI solution after care
Assist with project planning and customer delivery
Develop and Integrate conversational AI solution and API’s with 3rd party systems
Develop voice and chat bot development processes, good practices & procedures
Set design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Apply concepts and good practices related to Natural language
Integrate conversational AI solution with SIP telephony systems
Qualification
Required
An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Educational background in computer science, mathematics, computational linguistics, or similar field
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders of different skill sets
Strong drive and work ethic and a keenness to learn
Excellent organisational skills
Dynamic and able to multi-task and prioritise work load
Experienced with Python programming language
Familiar with JSON file architecture
Experience with Databases
Ability to Commute: Orlando, FL 32819 (Required)
Preferred
Experience with automation and integration with third-party apps and API's
Understanding of conversational voice and chatbot architecture
Knowledge of chatbot platforms and some working experience in the development of chatbot's, voicebot's or NLP technologies
Experience with Generative AI
Experience with Cisco Broadworks Cloud Platform
Fluent in multiple spoken languages
Ability to Relocate: Orlando, FL 32819: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
