Responsibilities

Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
Serve as subject-matter expert supporting Windows and commonly used applications such as Microsoft and Adobe
Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones
Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and improve efficiency and accuracy
Execute system and network documentation, implementation, testing, and administration
Implement application and software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues
Train employees on software and hardware usage and provide technical support
