Responsibilities
Lead the technical strategy for the next generation of AI analytics within our quality assurance platform
Act as the technical bridge between business strategy and execution, partnering with Generative AI engineering and AI operations teams to orchestrate, govern, and scale from pilot to production
Optimize data flows and backend performance to transform batch-processed transcripts into high-value enterprise insights
Navigate complex architectural requirements to move pilots into robust production environments
Coordinate tech teams to architect automated workflows that balance compute performance with sustainable unit economics
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
