Strong Figma expertise (component libraries, variants, documentation)
Close collaboration with front-end engineers on scalable, component-based UI
Ability to work independently and clearly communicate design decisions
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA)
Understanding of responsive design and design-to-code workflows
NYC-local and able to work hybrid onsite 3 days/week
