Responsibilities

Establish the strategic approach to design and operate a global network of Everyday Luxury Workplaces
Design and plan our workplace network, connecting our people across geographies and spaces
Maximize workforce productivity and reduce churn
Ensure the most important programs and initiatives are realized methodologically and entrepreneurially, while connecting and organizing the division
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

Required
