Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with client requirements and contractual statements of work
Lead multiple concurrent client implementation projects, ensuring timely progress and clear communication across internal and external stakeholders
Apply industry and Knowtion Health best practices in collaboration with the Manager and fellow Project Managers
Ensure all implementations are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with Knowtion Health standards
Monitor project milestones and task completion, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Coordinate program changes involving clients, vendors, IT, and operations teams
Track program success against booking estimates and report on key performance indicators
Resolve project roadblocks to ensure successful outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to position Knowtion Health as a trusted partner
Facilitate internal and external project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, note-taking, and distribution of meeting minutes
Document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all new client and program implementations
Oversee the setup of automated file exchanges between clients and Knowtion Health per project specifications
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Delivery department
Qualification
Required
1+ years working for a healthcare or revenue cycle organization
1+ years in client-facing, technology-driven implementation or project management roles
Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Creative problem-solving with a focus on technical solutions
Effective time management and ability to meet productivity and quality standards
Proven client service and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Ability to multi-task, think critically, prioritize, and problem solve
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
