They are seeking an experienced claims administrator to join their fast-growing water restoration team, responsible for writing estimates in Xactimate and following up with customers and insurance adjusters for job payments.

Working knowledge of the IICRC S500
Knowledge of Xactimate/write estimates for commercial & residential customers and submit to insurance for payment
Water restoration industry experience
Collections experience, preferably in the water restoration industry
Highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently
Outstanding organizational, time management and follow up skills
Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
Able to handle multiple projects at once
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a professional manner with customers and insurance industry
Qualification
Required
Experience in the water restoration or insurance industry
Excellent Xactimate software skills
Ability to build a job estimate with precision and efficiency
Strong communication skills with both the customer and the insurance industry
Good working knowledge and/or experience with water restorations collections
Working knowledge of the IICRC S500
Knowledge of Xactimate/write estimates for commercial & residential customers and submit to insurance for payment
Water restoration industry experience
Collections experience, preferably in the water restoration industry
