Broker Sales Representative
Colonial Life is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Broker Sales Representative to join their high performing sales team. The role involves leveraging broker contacts and building a customer network to drive significant growth in the Twin Cities area, while providing support for enrollment and communication strategies.
Responsibilities
Leverage existing network of employee benefit broker contacts to position Colonial Life's voluntary benefits portfolio & enrollment support
Build a network of producing brokers & a book of customers (employers) with expectations for long-term service strategies
Position enrollment & communications strategies for new employers:
Initial Open Enrollment, Year-Round New Hire Engagement & Multi-Year Open Enrollment Support
Support Benefits Administration Implementation / Management
Qualification
Preferred
Experience in employee benefits industry
Strong network of active broker relationships (no geographic limitations to the candidate's broker network)
Preferred location is in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area
