Responsibilities
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Consult with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
Prospect and contact potential customers
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Writing complete orders and processing paperwork
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Work closely with other department managers to ensure cooperation and teamwork through the dealership
You must ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years New Car Sales Management experience
Attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and overall good time management skills are a must
Must have strong leadership skills, positive attitude, self-motivated, competitive, and must possess excellent communication and people skills
Must hold a valid driver's license
