Responsibilities

Own top-down and bottom-up planning for sales, margin, and inventory across HankyPanky.com and Amazon
Develop preseason plans and manage in-season buys at the category, style, and SKU levels
Monitor daily performance and recommend actions to drive revenue and improve sell-through
Partner with DTC leadership on assortment strategies aligned with customer behavior and channel goals
Build and maintain SKU-level forecasts incorporating historical data, market trends, marketing activity, promotions, and product lifecycle
Ensure optimal inventory availability while minimizing excess; proactively identify risks and opportunities
Manage replenishment strategies, including safety stock and reorder points, across both Ecommerce and Amazon
Partner with the Amazon account owner to forecast demand and support FBA and FBM inventory strategies
Monitor Amazon performance metrics, including Buy Box health, in-stock rate, returns, and contribution profit
Provide insights to optimize Amazon assortment, pricing, and promotional cadence
Analyze sales performance, onsite behavior, conversion trends, and merchandising opportunities
Partner with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Merchandising to align forecasts with marketing calendars, product drops, and product launches
Evaluate promotional effectiveness and recommend pricing and markdown strategies
Lead weekly, monthly, and seasonal business reporting, highlighting trends and actionable insights
Own style-level and program-level performance analysis to inform future buys and assortment decisions
Prepare forecasts, business recaps, and insights for leadership and cross-functional teams
Partner closely with DTC, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align inventory, revenue goals, promotions, and product flow
Work with Supply Chain and Production to manage inbound deliveries and resolve stock or delivery issues
Provide inventory and sales projections to support marketing spend, site merchandising, and campaign planning
Lead seasonal markdown strategies across DTC and Amazon to optimize gross margin while managing inventory
Identify end-of-life strategies and manage product transitions smoothly across the DTC ecosystem

Required

Bachelor's degree required
3–5 years of planning experience in E-Commerce or DTC; apparel experience required
Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
Experience with Amazon or other marketplace channels required
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

Preferred

Intimate apparel experience strongly preferred
Experience with digital analytics tools. Toolio and NetSuite a plus
