Customer Support Coordinator
KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team. This role focuses on providing expedited service delivery and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while managing work orders and vendor communications.

Responsibilities
Provide expedited service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
Ensure alignment with SLAs, proactively addressing and efficiently processing work orders and internal and external vendors
Assess, evaluate, and if required, re-categorize work orders
Adhere to standards within the facilities team, ensuring punctuality and effective management of multiple service queues
Identify and address any challenges or discrepancies arising within the work order tracking platform
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Flexibility to accommodate regular and non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and select holidays, as the team operates from 6:30 AM to 2:30 AM daily
Proven capability to manage a high volume of work orders and phone interactions on a daily basis
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Effective and efficient written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
