Lead and coordinate actuarial valuation, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for life and annuity product portfolios
Apply advanced actuarial techniques and exercise sound judgment under regulatory and accounting frameworks
Manage a team of actuarial analysts to deliver timely and accurate actuarial results
Bridge technical actuarial work with managerial leadership to ensure valuation outputs support corporate planning, regulatory filings, and strategic decision-making
Work closely with finance, risk management, product development, and executive stakeholders to interpret assumptions, assess reserve adequacy, and communicate analytical insights
Emphasize technical excellence, process improvement, and team development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related quantitative field
Minimum 5–8+ years of actuarial experience in life and annuity valuation or related fields; including experience with actuarial models like AXIS or equivalent tools
Proven leadership experience guiding actuarial teams, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration
