Required
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and interpret data effectively
Experience in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and maintaining consistent compliance with established standards and guidelines
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and collaboratively
Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices and procedures is essential for ensuring the delivery of high-standard services
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective time management skills are highly desirable
Must hold a valid nursing license
Must have a solid knowledge base of MDS
