This role owns IAM Epics end-to-end and partners with Cybersecurity, Architecture, Portfolio, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.

Responsibilities
Own IAM Epics from ideation through delivery and value realization
Translate business and security priorities into SAFe Epics and Lean Business Cases
Drive prioritization, dependencies, and execution across ARTs
Partner with Cybersecurity leaders, architects, and product teams
Track and communicate Epic progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
Qualification
Required
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Directory Services (Active Directory, eDirectory, LDAP)
Enterprise / Workforce IAM (SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC)
Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM)
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
Strong hands-on IAM domain expertise (CyberArk, Ping, Azure AD, SailPoint, or similar)
Experience owning Epics in a SAFe / Agile environment
Jira and portfolio tooling experience (Jira Align, Planview, Clarity preferred)
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate at executive level
Preferred
SAFe training or certification
Cloud IAM experience (AWS, Azure, hybrid)
