5+ years expWebPT is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Program Manager to spearhead complex, cross-functional initiatives critical to the company's growth and operational success. This key role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of large-scale projects, including Go-to-Market (GTM) launches for new SaaS solutions and complex customer migration programs across their platforms.

Responsibilities
Simultaneously manage multiple projects with activities, deliverables, and interdependencies involving internal and external teams
Track project deliverables and schedules, with a strong focus on progress measurement, analysis, and reporting
Lead and manage GTM product launch of new SaaS based solutions
Lead and manage end-to-end customer migration projects for SaaS-based platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and high customer satisfaction
Coordinate with engineering, product, go to market and support teams to define migration strategies, project plans, and communication processes for platform transitions
Plan and coordinate enterprise wide projects through normal project phases such as discovery, design, development, deployment, and operations
Passion for working on a cross-functional team collaborating with various groups to understand business objectives and to deliver on team objectives
Manage vendor communication and follow up on vendor tasks to ensure effective project delivery
Maintain project schedules and executive scorecards, to deliver projects on time
Capture and escalate risk that surfaces on a project to help mitigate or avoid project disruptions
Provide status reports and weekly synthesized workstream updates to the leadership team
Accept ambiguity and constant change while seeking an understanding of business impacts for the project and the needed detail to deliver an effective project close
Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, motivate, and direct teams of indirect resources with minimal supervision
Qualification
Required
5-7 years project management experience with demonstrated results
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience managing projects for SaaS platforms, including new product launches, customer migrations or large-scale system transitions, is required
Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, decision-making, research, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
Work independently with leadership across the business
Ability quickly adapt to changing needs/environments
Preferred
Project Management Professional, PMP, is a plus
