Manage benefits, compensation administration, HR compliance, and employment law basics
Partner with leadership on org planning, role clarity, and team development
Own HR administration and documentation
Qualification
Required
5+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a growing company
Proven ownership of full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and retention
Strong experience with performance management, feedback, and accountability systems
Hands-on experience managing benefits, compensation administration, HR compliance, and employment law basics
Ability to partner with leadership on org planning, role clarity, and team development
Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable owning HR administration and documentation
A natural promoter of positive vibes—someone who genuinely cares about team morale, engagement, and building a healthy, happy, and aligned culture
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
