Responsibilities
Collect, curate, and organize data related to hiring trends, talent markets, and peer firms
Translate raw data into structured summaries and insights for recruiting and HR stakeholders
Maintain internal databases and analytics backlogs, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Support mapping of competitors, recruiters, vendors, and hiring activity across business units
Partner with recruiters and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored insights
Work on rotating project-based assignments across different business areas
Qualification
Required
Early-career profile (recent graduates or candidates with 0–3 years of experience encouraged to apply)
Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; comfort working with nuance and ambiguity
Interest in HR analytics, data, research, or data science (experience is a plus, not required)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written communication and ability to synthesize complex information
Professional maturity and discretion when handling sensitive data
